If you have any questions or concerns, Help Desk support (6-2001) is provided Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. **CREW Hours of Operation** The OBI Reporting system are unavailable from 8:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. daily. ## Did You Know? - There are more than 3000 users that have access to the Common Reporting Environment to the Warehouse (CREW) reporting system and approximately 800 of those users have been given access to the new Oracle OBI system - In Fiscal Year 2014, users submitted approximately 725,000 requests for CREW report - In Fiscal Year 2014, users submitted more than 451,000 requests for the CREW Detailed Listing Report ## Alerts & Planned Outages There are no planned outages at the time. ## How to Report an Issue Contact HUIT Help Desk at or (617) 495-7777 to report a system issue or identify a system enhancement.
