# About Us

The BI team is accountable for the life cycle of both the CREW and OBIEE reporting platforms, for supporting the users of these reporting tools, and for supporting ad-hoc informational needs. The team troubleshoots issues, explores solutions, develops and tests dashboards and reports, builds data models, stays informed of new technologies and methods, develops training materials, and conducts user outreach. Access the [Business Intelligence System Overview](/file_url/129) for an overview of the product, who we serve, how we achieve our business objectives, and an overview of the system(s)/ module(s) we support.

Each member has a general knowledge across all business areas and specialized knowledge in one or more. Currently, the team is highly engaged in the migration of CREW reports to OBI dashboards and implementing innovative techniques for presenting information. The BI Team consults and collaborates with Unit Teams for subject area and product knowledge. Typically, for a major upgrade or new business process, BI Team members will team-up with members from other involved teams.

The team is led by **Raj Mariadoss, OBI Project Manager**. See below for more information on each team members, modules responsible for and their contact information.
